Organiser
The organiser of the competition is ToolTime GmbH, represented by Marius Stäcker and Marcel Mansfeld (Managing Directors) and Florian Grabner (Authorised Signatory).
By participating in this competition, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Competition Process
The competition runs from 01/10/24, 00:00 to 31/10/24, 23:59. Participation is exclusively online via the participation forms shown.
Participation
Participation in the competition is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.
To participate in the competition, you must complete one of the forms mentioned above, book a live online product demonstration appointment, attend and participate in the demonstration.. The registration and booking of the product demonstration must be completed by 31/10/24. The product demonstration can take place at a later date. It takes place online, and attendance will be confirmed by the sales representatives accordingly.
Participation is only possible within the competition period. Product demonstrations booked after the participation deadline will not be considered for prize allocation. Each participant is only allowed to submit one registration for the competition. The use of multiple email addresses to increase chances of winning is strictly prohibited.
Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the UK, who are at least 18 years old and employed or self-employed.
Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the organiser, and their family members are not eligible to participate. Additionally, the organiser reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its sole discretion if there are justified reasons, particularly in cases of:
- Manipulation in connection with access to or the conduct of the competition,
- Violation of these terms and conditions,
- Unfair behaviour, or
- False or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize
The following prizes will be awarded:
10x Apple iPhone 16 128GB in black to 10 winners.
The winners will be selected after the end of the participation period by a random draw of the contact details of those participants who booked a product demonstration during the competition period and attended in it.
The winners of the draw will be promptly informed individually by email. In the event of a win, the organiser will request the winners to provide personal information (first name, surnameand address). The winners must send this information within 7 days after notification via email. This personal data is required for the delivery of the prize. Participants guarantee that the information they provide, particularly their first name, surname, and address, is truthful and correct. Failure to provide or providing false information will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
An exchange, personal collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible. The prize is not transferable.
The organiser will bear the shipping costs for delivering the prize. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winners. Winners are responsible for any tax liability arising from the prize.
Termination of the Competition
The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without providing reasons or to amend the terms and conditions (except for the provisions on data protection). This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the proper conduct of the competition.
Data Protection
As part of the competition, the organiser will collect and process the following personal data from participants: first and surname, age, email address, and address. The organiser will use this contact information exclusively for the purpose of sending the prizes by post. All personal data will be processed by the organiser and treated in accordance with the privacy policy, which can be accessed at: https://www.tooltime.app/uk/legal/privacy-notice
Liability
Any liability of the organiser, including that of its employees and agents, arising out of or in connection with the competition, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health or under the Product Liability Act are exempt from this limitation of liability.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions are lawful and do not infringe the rights of third parties.

The organiser's competition is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
